We ship to addresses within the United States. For our domestic shipments, we use the following carriers:

Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday during business hours. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: Typically processed within 1-4 business days. Orders placed with expedited shipping may be processed more quickly if the products are available.
  • Made-to-Order Items, Large Orders, and Custom Orders: These orders have a standard processing time of 4-10 business days. After placing your order, we will inform you of the exact fulfillment timeframe.

Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays. Delivery time starts when the order is shipped and does not include processing time.

Expedited Shipping

Order Tracking

You can track your order 24-48 hours after it has been shipped. A tracking link will be provided via email, and you can also track your order directly on the carrier’s website. We will keep you informed with shipping confirmation emails and updates about your order’s status.

Shipping Costs

We offer standard economy shipping, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and destination.

Replacement Items and Spare Parts

  • Delayed Orders: Replacement items for delayed orders will be sent free of charge.
  • Returned Products: Shipping costs for returned products will be refunded upon receipt. Replacement shipping costs are generally the same as the original order.
  • Customer Errors: We are not responsible for errors made by the customer during the order process. Please review your order details carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Lost or Missing Packages
